A) Stevens Clinic hospital acquired by the EDA and being converted to a Correctional Center to house an additional 400 inmates for the State's Division of Corrections.
B) Indian Ridge Industrial Park which is a work in progress with an objective of securing a Federal Prison.
C) Shannon Branch enviromental restoration project and establishment of a "footprint" for a municipal solid waste landfill. This involves a cooperative project amongst several constituencies including the State's DEP, County Commission, County Solid Waste Authority, and the EDA. The EDA is responsible for the project's execution.
